Privacy Policy
KOINI GLOBAL, LLC · LAST UPDATED 2026-10-08
The short version. KŌINIclock reads public wallet data and watches prices so it can ring your phone. We never ask for or store private keys or seed phrases. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. You can delete everything in one tap.
Who we are
KŌINIclock is operated by KOINI Global, LLC ("KŌINI", "we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company. Contact: support@koini.io.
What we collect
- Account identity — your email address, or the identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google, used only to sign you in and sync your alarms across your devices.
- Public wallet addresses and labels you add, and the balances we read for them from public blockchain data. These are public addresses — never keys.
- Your alarms and alarm history — the triggers you set and a record of when they fired.
- Device push tokens — the anonymous identifier Apple/Google give us to deliver the wake signal to your phone.
- Phone number — only if you subscribe to Wake Call and choose to add one. It is verified, stored encrypted, never written to our logs, and used only to place the alarm calls you asked for.
- Subscription status from the App Store or Google Play (which tier you're on). We never see your card.
- Basic product analytics we host ourselves — events like "an alarm fired" with your tier and app version. These never contain a wallet address or phone number.
What we never collect
Private keys, seed phrases, or any signing ability. The app has no screen to enter them and cannot move, trade, or spend your assets. Market prices are public data, not personal information about you.
How we use it
Only to run the service: resolve your holdings, evaluate your alarms on our backend, and ring or call your phone when one fires. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it except with the infrastructure providers below who process it on our behalf.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase (authentication and database) and Cloudflare (our backend worker) — hosting and compute.
- Blockchain data and price providers — queried by public address or token, to read balances and prices.
- Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver the wake signal.
- Twilio — to place Wake Call alarm calls, for subscribers who enable it.
How long we keep it
Price samples are kept about 7 days. Alarm history is kept up to 12 months. Everything tied to your account is kept until you delete it. Your Wake Call phone number is additionally deleted the moment you downgrade off Wake Call.
Deleting your data
In the app: Settings → Delete account, which permanently erases your addresses, alarms, history, devices and phone number. Or email support@koini.io and we'll do it for you.
Children
KŌINIclock is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
