Never. KŌINIclock only ever takes a public wallet address — the kind you'd paste into a block explorer. There is no place in the app to enter a seed phrase or private key, and the app cannot move, trade, or spend anything. It only reads balances and watches prices.
Time alarms ring through Silent and Focus using Apple's alarm system. For price alarms on Silent, keep KŌINIclock in nightstand mode on your charger and it rings at full volume. To ring through Silent with the app closed, use Wake Call — a real phone call — and set its contact to Emergency Bypass during onboarding. Android rings fully in all cases.
By design. A price has to hold past your threshold for a few minutes before KŌINIclock rings, so a single 30-second wick doesn't wake you at 3 AM. You can tune or turn off this hold window per alarm.
Dust and suspected spam tokens are hidden by default. Open the wallet's holdings, show hidden items, and pin anything you want to watch. On Bitcoin, XRP, Dogecoin, Tron and Cardano, KŌINIclock shows the native coin only in this version.
Plus and Wake Call are annual subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). Your plan runs until the end of the paid year.
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently erases your addresses, alarms, history and — if you used Wake Call — your phone number. You can also email support@koini.io and we'll do it for you.
