KŌINIclock lets you set time alarms and arm price alarms against public wallet addresses you provide. When an alarm's conditions are met, it attempts to ring your device. It reads public blockchain data and public market prices. It has no custody of your assets and no ability to transact.
Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Prices shown are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, wrong, or unavailable. You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.
Mobile operating systems control what apps may do in the background and when a device may ring. We use the strongest delivery each platform permits and document the limits honestly, but we cannot guarantee that any particular alarm will ring at any particular time — for example if your phone is off, out of signal, in a restricted power state, has notifications disabled, or where platform settings suppress sound. Wake Call improves reliability but is also subject to carrier and network conditions.
Plus and Wake Call are annual auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings. Wake Call includes a monthly allowance of alarm calls as described in the app. Refunds are handled under the policies of the App Store or Google Play.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOINI Global, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from a missed, late, false, or incorrect alarm, from price data, or from your reliance on the app, including any trading loss.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
